Dear Doug, I hope this note does not find you reading this reply from your local hospitals ICU or HDU as a result of all the pounding you have taking in the gold wars. Golden Star Resources is only known to me under the symbol GSRSF.OB but it is the same one shown in the site you appended.I had understood previous to this announcement that they were out of oxide in this year at BOGOSO, some debt was due soon, ASE delisting coming and the government wouldn't let them buy Prestea. I am sorry to hear about Bill"s matrimonial problems with GSR. While I haven't been doing this long I don't think he should have fallen in love with this stock. She is too fickle. Our shares are in at $1.17. It appears from your post that the recent news is bullish for your friend and I and that he maybe able to make an amicable settlement and have the union annulled based on temporary insanity grounds! I will wait with interest to see how the market views this announcement. I certainly would not want to fly in the face of a noted expert like Mr. V. when I am just learning how to walk in this industry. Best regards,
