Max, have you been able to track down a copy of the proposed tax bill? I believe you may find more information on the tax incentives for the energy industry if you can see it. There were quite a few moves in the last several days in conference committees, and the energy incentives may have changed. I think what you are betting on are some bills introduced recently, and you may be right about the energy sector. I still subscribe to the theory that 30% of a stock's movement is with the general market, 30% with its sector, and 40% according to its own fundamentals. I always try to make sure I've got at least 60% going in the right direction before going in a stock. It sounds like you do too.
