I've done a lot of biz in the Middle East. The odd thing that stands out in my mind is that NO Arab country, other than Jordan, will allow Palestinians in. Jordan had no choice, therefore they have taken over Jordan completely as observed during the Gulf War.
Their Arab brothers will give them money to fight the Israelis and for their terrorist activities, but they don't want them in their country and they definitely don't want them as neighbors. After the Gulf war, the first thing Kuwait did was to get rid of all Palestinians. Until their Arab brothers want the for Palestinians for anything other than making war, I can't see why the Israelis should.
