VLNC licenses li poly technology to Samsung.

Compaq iPaq uses MSFT Pocket PC.
MSFT wants to gain market share for their operating system and video games.

Plus Apple, Dell, Palm, etc. Samsung invests 1 trillion won by 2005 to gain 23% market share.

FWIW, Quanta, the largest notebook mfg in the world...
