Absolutely wrong. AMD does not warranty this configuration.

You get the usual overclocker's guarantee from AMD. You Overclock It, You fix it.

Sysmark passes through the manufacturer's warranty on parts. And the AMD warranty is valid only if you operate within spec. So you are out of luck beginning the first time the Sys Boom Ra system is powered on.

Systems chilled with other than air are not to be considered. They are curiosities and not even in the noise level WRT quantities. Intel has the clock speed crown, only to increase it over time.
