Very interesting. Now which came first, the chicken or the egg. VIX is plummeting as well. It could be summer, or the top of a major relief rally, or decimalization.

I think it will be informative to see what type of peaks we get on HV after the next volatility breakout. If these are lower, that really supports the impact of decimals.
