Bill, you got to remember that in Europe it is "the first to file" not the "first to invent", there may still be a question of the multiplex bus, but I am not sure which was the first patent filed in Europe (probably, the 1990 version), furthermore, the "possible Jedec invention" (questionable IMHO) of SDRAM and DDR, without filing, may not be helpful to MU. I know not enough about the details of argument there to be more definitive one way or the other. Zeev
