Hardly, even assuming Sledgehammer blows P4 Xeon away with both its MHz and IPC, and Microsoft has x86-64 Windows XP ready to go at launch, it would take until the end of 2003 for AMD to capture a total market share equal to just Dell's.

As for Athlon 4, I expect fairly widespread support, but actual penetration will be well under 20% in the DP market by mid-2002, and more likely under 14%.
