Keith, I strongly suggest you take me off ignore & read this carefully. RE: Your request that I no longer post to you or about you to third parties. I'm sorry but I will not agree to any such thing. Your post appears very threatening & intimidating. Unfortunately, it will not bring about the effect you intended. Unfortunately, I have some extremely serious problems with your request. Recently, you have repeatedly harassed me, hurled vulgar insults & malicious invective at me on various threads on SI. Your reasoning was based on you incessantly repeating false perceptions about me as though they were absolute fact. You continued to harass me & violate SI's TOU with your vulgar insults & malicious invective even after I replied to your posts repudiating your false & misleading allegations about me. Further, you remained steadfast in your repeating these false allegations in the face of undeniable facts that were clearly contrary to your flawed assertions. Instead, you made more grossly exaggerated & untrue allegations in absolute terms as though they were fact. Additionally you have also been making grossly exaggerated allegations about my peers & myself on various threads. Your assertions are severely flawed & highly inaccurate, yet you make them as though they are absolute fact. All I have done is to redress your flawed perception of reality with factual information. I have provided links to clearly establish that you are wrong again & again & again. I have used your own words, in context, to show that your recollection of events does not match what actually transpired. None of this has stopped you from continuing to make misleading statements, then verbally assault & malign my peers &/or myself based on your misleading version of reality. I asked you to cease harassing me & violating SI's TOU more than once. That did not stop you. I am not aware of you ever agreeing to comply with my legitimate request. I am aware however, that you continued to malign & harass my peers & myself after I made those requests to stop. It is true that you made offers for us to agree to not post to each other. However, you could not help yourself & even maligned me in the same post containing one of your empty offers. Additionally, you repeatedly violated the terms of your agreement to not post to each other. Amazingly, you did this before you ever received a definitive response from me. It is an undeniable fact that I never agreed to take you up on your empty offer for a number well founded reasons; including the fact that you had already made it clear you had no intention of adhering to it yourself based solely on your repeated violation of your offer the very day you made it. Even more amazingly, you feigned shock & surprise about this non-existent agreement when I replied to your factually flawed verbal assault on Jim. Now you want me to agree to not post to or about you to third parties? I am harassing you? Can you begin to understand how absurd your request is, given what you have done? I am not a fool Keith. If I agree to this, you will be free to continue to attack & malign my peers & myself with your flawed perception of reality anywhere on SI & I will be expected to just ignore it. If this is harassment from me Keith, what exactly do you consider what you have said about my peers & myself on these threads lately? Please feel free to run to SI Admin & make any claims you wish. I will be glad to provide them with sufficient factual information to resolve this dispute. Unfortunately I do not think it will be resolved in the manner you think it will. Ö¿Ö
