francois and holding companies How many holding companies do you control? Is SEVU paying one of your holding companies "consulting" fees/shares for your stock promotion on ihub? I believe they are. If a stock promoter is in the caymans, does he have to disclaim his financial relationship with a company he is promoting? No. I think there should be a disclaimer on your posts about whether or not you have to abide by US SEC regulations.

class action lawsuit against me? What, are you going to round up a bunch of stock promoters users names that I've outed and have them all sue me for not allowing them to rip people off? "Your honor, this woman would not let my clients rip off old people in Florida with stock scams, pump and dumps and other illegal actitivty." Eveyone, go look at Trimfast SEC documents which show Francois suing them for failure to turn over shares as promised. And these shares were for what? I rest my case.
