Sorry, Max, no knowledge of these securities. If you are looking for relatively safe yield (and depends of course on your time horizons), I think that securitized mortgages (or mortgage backed securities issued by Fannie Mae), gives you a percent or two above treasuries, with, IMHO, essentially, the same security, but without the exchange risk (and the loss during conversion back and forth, the brokers charge a hidden fee there, the spread between the buy and sell which can be a bite).
