Now look at SCIO and MOGN.. also a breakout MACD, Momentum, RSI and Directional movement crossover (+DX crosses -DX) and less overbought on the stochastic, but still at 77 stochastics (14(1),3) its close. MOGN and other $10 and under stocks will move up probably if their sectors move up. MOGN is a pharmaceutical company and its likely to move up if SCIO gaps up on Tuesday.
