I believe you posted something on the "Elian Thread" a long while back about a friend of yours that worked on some Federal issues with the Canadian government and everything had to be translated into French. I remember posting that. She said that they had to have a translator in the meetings translating everything that was said despite the fact that everyone there had perfect command of English and the translation process interfered with the flow of the discussions. I think that money could have been better spent--maybe on your health care system. <g> Karen
