Allan....a thought......I saw your counts and after going through my own charts, I see a potentially very bullish count on the COMPX that I cannot ignore. What if the COMPX is in a new bull run and your "b" is actually the peak of 1 of 3 of the next run, and we are currently in 2 of 3? There are clearly 3 wave between the top of 5 and your "b: which could easily qualify as a completed correction. If so, then we have 3 of 3 up coming.

Well what can be said that hasn't been said before, Bravo Brafoo! A thorough look at the markets

I notice that if your counts are right, then the Nasdaq will run without the help of the NYA/SPX sometime soon. Likely timed with that MSFT breakout to $80.

That SOX chart is spooky for the longs. That H&S measures another 10% down. Looks like 600 in short order to me.

Great charts again, Brafooman.

The timing of all this up and down is what should be interesting, particularly in light of warning season coming up. It's possible, I suppose, that no one is gonna care that much about warnings for Q2, but that when companies report Q2 earnings and start warning about Q3 we see a real fall? Or, I suppose, the Naz could fall 10% here, and that's a real fall. Or the MSFT court decision could send that stock flying higher, and carry everything with it. (Odd that MSFT isn't in the Bank index, as it has more cash than many banks :-))

That Soxx line is getting lower and lower, Allan. Do you think that the Soxx will finally take it out, thus propelling the Naz to the new highs in the C? Or will the Sox be the laggard?

So much to think about. Thanks for all the meaty charts. And good luck out there this week, y'all.
