Bob, I haven't used the word "fired" in recent posts...

and even recall posting that you were laid-off along with other employees, when you first brought this objection to my attention...

As far as I an concerned, it matters not whether you were laid-off or fired: SI had the choice to Dismiss Bob, a senior seasoned veteran of 4 years, or Jeff, a fairly new comer with some fresh ideas and NO PREJUDICE...

They rightfully retained Jeff, IMO and the numbers on SI, at around 6000 Public Posts per day (except weekends) and climbing slowly seem to bear that out... I believe he's done a credible Job of being Courteous and mostly (Army Boots Girl?) Even-Handed in dealing with posters...

He doesn't write as fluently as you do but it'll come with practice... As I have told you before, to be a good Board Admin, you need Courtesy - you're far too Abrasive and you can't make friends with anyone without losing the arms-length relationship that's required... Being at the Top of the Enforcement Chain should be a LONELY Job, if done properly...

Bob, as an Admin, you're Burnt-out.
Do something else that's useful,
Or dig holes with your backhoe;
That's up to you...
