No ramifications. PCG entered into a bull spread, buying protective puts and selling covered calls, collecting a higher premium on the covered calls than the premium paid for the puts. Calls were probably sold at a lengthier expiration date than the puts to throw off the extra cash that PCG will use for other pursuits.
