You're asking for a specific trade recommendation. I won't do that. In general, yes, I would trade a sector in accordance with the larger market.

JRI -- the SMH and SOXX are two different Semi beasts, as you know. The Soxx, to my eyes, is way more volatile in both directions. The SMH plods, but is much harder to get burnt on, consequently. If you've ever been on the wrong side of a Soxx reversal, you know what I mean :-) Anyway, different makeups, is my point.
