Service to Peru and Venezuela was scheduled to start by April/May. NO news yet.

Network completion was announced as June 2001. That's 4.5 weeks from today.

Winnick's move of placing a collar on 10 million shares is suspicious. That, coupled with a abyss of news from the company is very, very disappointing.

Shareholder should be getting more information than this. I'm sure the large institutional holders get regular reports on network progress. Fair Disclosure mandates that ALL shareholders get the same info.

Silence is not always golden.
