Huh?...Your "Kant" arguments are not even two-dimensional: its "me and/vs objective reality" (see Descartes) and/or "me and/vs the bank" (see Las Vegas). Or DA and/vs defense. What I try to hint at are dimensions like

"Alice through the looking glass" - case one
"Get up and walk out of the casino" - case two
"There's other courts now in session" - case three

PS: of course sitting in the dock in case three makes my extra dimension immaterial for the proceedings. But, I can still look through the window or close my eyes.
