"Who is to say how an inertialess object will bounce?"

Not a lot of bounce so far today...DOW seems bent on testing 11000 and AMD bent on testing $30...When I see so much red on my screen, it usually indicates an oversold market condition, a precursor to a general market reversal...Just have to see how the second half of the day unfolds...A strong AMD recovery this PM cannot be ruled out as with all the positve AMD rumours swirling about, some positive hard news could surface at any moment!!!

Besides, from a technical perspective (and supported by company fundamental strengths, AMD needs to position itself around $34.50 this week in order to break out into new near term high territory in the week of June 4!!!

(Current AMD = $30.15, DOW 11010)

Looks like the DOW has sprung a leak as I type (10070)... Isn't it about time now for the strong (AMD, IBM, GE) to mount a retaliatory charge against all this negativity???

Looks like AMD has also sprung a leak as I type...Below $30!!! Man, when they break out of those large triangular patterns (lower boundary = $31.50 this AM), they do seem to move in an exagerrated manner!!! Nobody buying 'til it settles down it seems...

(Personally, I'd have preferred breakout on the upside...Looks like we'll have to wait a week or so now!!!)

Nothing should surprise in the last hour of today's trading, after that which has transpired so far today!!!
