Max, I've been watching KKD (KREM) the past year. There is no logic in the movement of that stock. When the shorts control such a huge portion of the float, it throws all logic out the window.

Even though it is heavily shorted, there will be lots of covering on the way down. There is not an orderly descent I can see happening. Furthermore, it seems to continuously out-perform the market.

IMO, better shorts would be the companies that went up higher relative to the market in this last bounce - companies that tend to over-react whichever way the market turns. ONIS is one that comes to mind. The best bet is to find one with support lines that are widely spaced. That way you crash down a lot quicker. Stock Consultant is good for screening those types of things.
