If I buy, it's not because of "before it's too late".
Rather, just don't want to stay in apartment too long.

The apartment actually raises the price for 3-5% the last
2 years and then gave back 7%+ each time for signing.

Sound familiar like Amazon's strategy of 'boosting the
revenue on book'.

ha! .... or offer 25% less than asking price....

Actually some regions of the country did not take part in the big RE runup of the last several yrs, and they will not crash, if a RE crash does occur in the the high profile areas like NY, San Fran, Sil Valley, SoCal, Boston, etc.
