Premiums are whacky the last several days on mine, too.

At/In the money as well as a lotto ticket out of the $$ I purchased Friday.

A little stranger than usual, imo. Downer when you call a nice move correctly, eh?

Try the SMH, its got better liquidity and tracks pretty close to the SOX..almost identical.
