SEP IRAs are available to any American, not just "the rich".

In the end, IRAs and 401Ks are hardly shelters for serious bucks, anyway.

How many Americans with corporate expense accounts use "expenses"? That, too, is not reserved for "the rich".

Any true loopholes limited to "the rich"?

Patricia, I am curious. How much do you pay per kilowatt hour (KWH) in California on your residential bill?

I'm estimating that I paid $0.11 per KWH here in Texas on 1920 KWH used during April.

TIA
