I will explain in general, not detail.

If Winnick ONLY sold the calls, he could use the proceeds for other investments, while still particpating in a majority of the upward stock movement.

HOWEVER, he used part of the proceeds to BUY PUTS. Although this is a wise move for an investor to make in order to protect their downside, it is not the act of confident Chairman of the Board who has no question about his company's future. Mr. Winnick needs to show more confidence in the future of our stock (not just the company).

I don't like being negative, but I refuse act to blindly.

I have written to GX IR inquiring about the network completion in Spain and Columbia many days ago. I have received no reply.
