Bill McClean probably is much more familiar with the numbers than I. However, $50B a year when the Equipment side of the budget has ranged from about 12B to about 40B would require a huge amount of non equipment Capex to get up to the $250B estimate. Perhaps Bill exaggerated a little to make a point.
