My statement was pointed towards the fact that we would not have consumers to buy PC's if we relied on PURE Capitalism... there would only be the poor and the rich; few in between.

Absolutely false!

Dear zenny, >>>>>there would only be the poor and the rich; few in between.

I consider your observation or believe as stupid. What created the middle class was technology that made possible creating goods that more and more could afford and they saved time and effort and energy and that benefited those who in the past had to spend 12 to 14 hours a day cooking, cleaning and washing. As more and more were freed from more and more labor just to cover the basics then interests created entire new venues of service workers and jobs. Those who had skills could also free lance and sell their skills to whomever. The auto that became more and more affordable along with better road gave all the freedom to chose to sell their ability with a high degree of flexibility. The freedom to move anywhere in the US meant anyone could move anywhere and pursue what they wanted.

Progress and wealth occurred if not union neutral, more in spite of unions than because of unions.

Ford and Edison created the basis of many labor saving devices well before the unions came on the scene. But Nikolas Tesla is the guy who is really responsible for technology glue that allowed it all to play together even thru today and the internet.

You wish to believe most Republicans are against Mexicans crossing the border into CA?? That's false, I not seen a call to close the borders or change the current laws at the border. That's just a stupid observation and one again you have your head up your butt when it comes to the facts.

you all have a nice day now hear.
