Actually, the 1850 is really not "the bottom" only what I believe may be an intermediate bottom in June. As for the number 1850, it is roughly a 68% retracement of the 1619 to 2328 move. It is not exact because it came first to be when my "forecast" bottom was changed to 1638 or so and my bull move to between 2250 to 2388.

By the way, I noticed I forgot to mention that I took some minor loss on JNPR (less than a buck) near the close and a much larger loss on IRF (more than $2.50). Getting me back very close to 50% cash.
