Doug said/asked <<Max, In your opinion did we ever get the capitulation that had everyone so enthralled? The only major volume spikes we've had were as a direct result of AG's gifts to the street. Or has capitulation become a moot point somehow? Or did I sleep through it? (Hey! It could happen!)
Doug >> we never had the classic-true capitulation, every time we have been at the very very edge of that moment,Greenspan has pulled a stunt,or a few feds give press releases saying all is going to be just fine.
The tech sector is in deep trouble, and i feel all the kings horses and all the kings men can not re-inflate the tech sector.Lowering interest rates will NOT solve the central problem, massive overcapacity.
Will the true capitulation happen,in techs/NASD?
i think so.when?,i ponder on:) max p.s. Cramer just made a good point--the buyers of tech are now in the catbird seat--the suppliers are treading water, and without life-jackets,imo .
