you missed a very important post that i took from the NYT---as Cramer would say to this "Max, I'm re-thinking the no-visibility thing lately. With the rash of class-action shareholder lawsuits, many companies are finding it better to say nothing than say something that they believe to be accurate, but exposes them to lawsuits later." Wrong! (Cramer, chutzpah:) Management of companies are protected absolutely BY SEC Regulation from lawsuits etc.etc. "statements of the future based on conjecture"
