No, no. The athletic skills key to the performance of sports are easily identifiable. Running and jumping are key to football so if you can't run or jump, forget it. The judges ruled that walking is not a criteria of skill in golf. The way you hit the ball is the key skill. Besides, the Seniors ride in carts, and even the regular PGA players are carted to the top of a steep hill at one course in Hawaii during tournaments.

There are strong arguments on both sides. How else can you explain the fact that even though Martin was his teamate at Stanford, Woods testified against him in this case.

I saw a Subaru commercial where they were playing Polo with Subarus. Maybe that's what you are talking about.

I usually agree with Scalia and Thomas, but the difference I see is that running with the ball is fundamental to the game of football, where as ball movement and scoring in golf is independent of the mode of transportation between holes.

Not that I would play either game with or without jeep or golf cart.
