I too would like a long term company which I am a part of it too, when do the votes have to be in. PS maybe even get some dividends some day too

Hi Vaughn. Your post (and the exchange with the other shareholder re the share issuance resolution) raises an interesting point/dichotomy. On the one hand , I endorse the notion of a rights offering in lieu of a PP , albeit for entirely selfish reasons. On the other hand , I have felt for quite some time that SUF must recapture the institutional investor base that it lost a couple of years ago if it is to fulfill its potential and establish an orderly , sustainable market for its shares. While the two objectives are not mutually exclusive, they need to be co-ordinated. Suffice it to say that once that institutional base is established , i think they too will push for financings via a rights offering , for the very same selfish reasons that are motivating the present suggestion (and my endorsement of it!).
