Bottom line is that there are many oil and gas royalty trusts paying a yield equal to or greater than MXT and who are 100% transparent concerning their operations and finances.> I hear you... and thanks for getting me into this one... btw, are you saying better yield based on 1.06 per year? And I thought the company said they would be paying down debt and hence that was the reason FFO = 165% of payout??? Doesn't everyone agree that the payout could increase? DAK
