I'm sure there are many people who post on this board who are a lot more familiar with daytrading shops than I am. In fact, I've never set foot in one. I just know that it's often a lot easier to take over (or buy a piece of) a liquor store or a bookstore or an architectural firm or an international conglomerate than to start one from scratch.

This sounds almost like a test to see what retail traders really know about the industry. I cannot imagine that someone that really wanted to buy a brokerage would know so little about the business and be serious about doing so. :-)
