Market Outlook
Tech Heavy

At midday, stocks have lost some of the downward momentum that has been the order of the day. There's a growing sentiment that last weeks rally may have been premature, and in a pretty high volume session, traders are taking money off the table. As more and more influential companies issue warnings, there's a growing concern on Wall Street that the expected economic turnaround may take longer than many have hoped. Comments from a Federal Reserve member point to economic recovery sometime towards the end of the year, but that doesn't seem to have buoyed traders' spirits. Some analysts are going so far as to say there may be nothing to get excited about until late next year, and with no economic data coming out today to push stocks upward, tech stocks are likely to collapse further, dragging the DJIA down with them
