Hi Laura, I saw an interesting news story about alternative diesel fuels on the news the other day but did not catch the company names. One of the fuels was a 20% blend of diesel and soybean oil. It is supposed to burn cleaner than ordinary diesel but costs around $3 a gallon, Ouch. Another company was using a 20% blend of recycled cooking oil. Someone at my work says that they used to know someone that would go around and collect used cooking oil from the fast food places in his town and run it in his diesel station wagon. Maybe he is the one who started the company. The only problem they said was that his exhaust smelled like the french fries <gg>. Take Care Laura! bbgold :^)
