It looks like PTEK will break out of it's base soon, probably Today if it gets a few decent size buys.

Looks to me like uncle Alan's idea of bringing short term rates into the cellar isn't working very well, because the fundamental problem, overcapacity, has not been addressed. It works for awhile after each cut until the "investing" public figures out it ain't going to help in the short term. I had to buy back those ndx & dow puts this morn........... We may just see the same thing the Japanese markets have seen the last 10 years. That would be nasty, a lot of people would have to try to find jobs<G>
