FWIW Dealie, here in Sacramento, things are still booming. Lots of folks bailing from the bay area and relocating here.

Real estate still at all time highs. (has helped my portfolio)

Contract manufacturing here(my co.) is still very busy.

Its getting easier to find qualified people to work though.
