Wilshire 5000 and Value Line up channels BROKEN
Nasdaq at bottom of up channel.
The up stair case since April 4, 2001 Low now to be TESTED.

Zeev: Posted this morning that 28 out of 79 below May 14 low.
Trying to created an unweighted average vs the weighted Nasdaq average.
Unweighted is what people really buy.

Plus it creates a probability function of what the Techs are actually doing.
