So what happens in techland when we suddenly receive notice that a decision on the
Microsoft case is imminent? What will subsequently happen if we learn Microsoft has
been cleared of all charges, or at worst, slapped on the wrist? Will this surprise the
market in a positive way, or is event this already completely factored in, as everything
else is supposed to be?


Good questions John...

The market will tell us what thinks if and when Microsoft escapes the bullet... The key is to follow the prices not the news...
