To be more precise, the former company of the now former CEO makes iron bars, used in building jails.

And no, there would be no question of ethics, unless undue and preferential influence was exerted by the now former CEO for exclusive contracts with his former company, for iron bars. If you are going to condemn someone for drafting policy or legislation that may have some connection to their former or current business interests, then EVERYONE in Washington is damned.

So, when are you going to answer MY question?
