Areas of strength today are building, hospital mgmt, medical, and aerospace... Trying to figure how aerospace or defense stocks could be positive given their recent gains. My reason is the Senate power shift. It would be one thing for Bush to veto any kind of drug bill...ie.. we get gridlock---positive for Drug stocks. However, to get legislation through for high levels of defense spending would be difficult since he actually needs Senate approval in that case. Wonder if anyone else has some input on this.
