Eugene you can blame Alan Greenspam for this. If he learned to stop meddling with the markets and he let them run their natural course we wouldn't be subjected to this nasty boom bust cycle. Markets have a way of self correcting if left alone. Politicians and bankers always try to intervene thinking they are smarter. A recipe for disaster as history has often shown.
