"dilute the **** out of shareholders"

Seems to be the wave right now for most companies. Convertible debt is king as the hedge funds are cleaning up financing these deals so that companies can keep the doors open. Personally, I am enjoying the short side of some of these companies as most don't understand what happens to their stock as the arb's continue to make money off the conversions to common.
