One note on STGA whoch I own at a penny average. There is some belief that the CD is getting close to being fully converted and todays volume might support that - two big trades late at least in terms of size of trade - a 310,000 and a 500,000 trade were the only ones in the last hour. Anyway - Not a reco but one to watch - This is kind of a list candidate but we dont know the exact date of the CD being converted as there is not one but it was an anticpated event.
