I would favor a class-action lawsuit by the citizens of the other 49 states against the government and people of California for creating the energy crisis and resisting all attempts by the rest of us to deal effectively with it. We should demand both actual and punitive damages, plus an injunction barring Greenpeace and the Sierra Club from existence... But if you could really sue for bad government that negatively impacts the rest of the country, the New England region would have had to be abandoned by now...
