Ethanol does do a really bang up job of cutting pollution. 10% in gasoline drops pollution by 60% and it doesn't cause cancer like Gore's favorite MTBE. It does it by the after burn effect. New cars can run on 80% ethanol. Run is the word too. All the cars in the Indy 500 were running pure corn likker.
