I will do some diggin but it sure looks like the hands in control are Aussie. By any chance does it trade on the Australia exchange?
I actualy am aware of a case where a company got turned down for a financing by a group of Aussies because there was not enough shares out.I was quite confused by this and chased it down for awhile to see if it was true or not. This was back in 96 or so but I found enough people in the business to back up the claim. So when I see a kazillion shares out ,and financing in the kazillion share range as well the first thing I think of is Aussie.
This does not make it true (Nortel) but in the mining business I use it as a starting point. Generaly a bunch of shares is a caution flag. But if there is Aussies in I am less likely to be worried about a rollback. I think New Calidonia or something darn close was built on a similiar structure. Man that was so long ago I better shut up before I get several companies mixed up.
