Ok bob.

Right now, my utility payment along with state funds goes to the large conglomerates since independent generators are offline and haven't been paid since January. Stop paying the conglomerates to pay independents and blackouts will decimate the state.

Immediate removal of price caps and regulation will only exacerbate this disaster and plunge the western hemisphere into a recession.

I don't see any way for smaller generator entities to start or continue building turbines.

Larger conglomerates adding turbines isn't going to help me. Only gives them more turbines to shut down for "maintenance" leaving more conglomerate turbines to plunder CA state funds with.

Someone is going to get richer off of this mess if the government doesn't put a stop to the spot market speculation.

I prefer there were more winners besides Williams, AEG, Duke, Enron, or Sempra. If Mexico is able to force a leveling of prices, the big five will win less compared to previous months. My desire to see jail time for Williams and Duke executives is quenched.
