So far I am not aware of any specific unsupported accusations. And I presume that anyone making statements about market manipulation had better have facts....such as those presented in an independent report on El Paso Merchant Corp that says they manipulated the supply of natural gas....or the story on Duke Energy that said they basically offerred California a kickback to avoid having their books inspected... but it seems to me the definition of gouging is subjective. I think it would be hard for a company to prove defamation or something like that based on accusations that are subjective in nature.
